Great product and very sturdy. My only 4 star because the hanging option were limited. I wanted to secure my hanger under my shelf and there was no way to do so. Missing screwsThis system will not scuff the walls and offers marginal organization over nothing at all. The clips could be tighter as cowboy boots are heavy enough to slip free. However I can't imagine this system would ever scratch the boots while stored on these clips. Also, basically they want to sell you a starter kit, so if you have more than four pairs to organize, expect to have to buy aux. parts.The design is great. Mine arrived well-wrapped, but bent in multiple places. The rack down the center was bent; I was able to bend it back with my hand. There are 12 hooks but only 6 clips, and several of the clips were so bent, they are not functional. This is really poor quality for such an expensive item. I need this item now, so I don’t want to return the whole thing, but I would like replacement clips. It is cheap of them to not send 12 clips.Wasn’t super impressed with these for shoes. They don’t lay flat. Take up a ton of room in the hanging area. I recommend it for flatter itemsThis product added the finishing touch to my bedroom closet remodel. It helped me to get my tall boots up off the floor and it saved me a lot of space. I appreciate the compact design. I have no complaints. This is an excellent product.Bought this for my boots to get the off the floor. You can hang over a door or mount to a wall stud. The clips are nice and you hook the boots to them on the inside of the boot. This way if there is a boot mark (depends on boot) it is showing on the inside of your leg. Highly recommend to keep your boots nice and easily accessible.Cannot get through to seller when I hit problem with order. Only received 3 boot clips. Description states 6. There’s no way to contact and get my other 3 or I would gladly rate this 10 stars! I love the 3 pairs of boots I have hung up but this now is swaying my oraganizing :(. In addition I would love to know how to buy additional clips.My new Boot Stax stacks my boots and more! I bought this on a whim after being frustrated by how much real estate my boot collection was taking in my closet. You never know how well some of these things are going to work. THIS WORKS! It grasps my boots really well and has provided some much needed order to my tall boots, short boots, rain boots and booties. No more digging around the dark floor looking for a mate. I had some extra spaces free so I decided to try to see how it worked with some bags and it worked great! I’m thinking of getting another for my kids’ coat closet to organize their hats and gloves. I’m so thrilled with this purchase!
