That being said, the screws they send to install are NOT self explanitory and for technically disinclined I found the index card of instructions useless to help with installation. My technical husband turned our laundry wall into swiss cheese installing and finally we had to go get our own screws to do the job right.Now that it is in, I LOVE it!Perfect addition to our laundry room for drying delicate items. Holds a lot of heavy wet clothes, but can fold up nicely when not in use! No more hanging the wet clothes on the shower rail!Worst item I’ve ever purchased on Amazon, thank goodness for their easy return policy. Ugly doesn’t describe the gold color, feels cheap, missing everything necessary to attach it to the wall but that’s ok because there’s no way I’d do that after seeing it.
